Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal hopes to bring Cristiano Ronaldo back to Old Trafford despite admitting the Real Madrid superstar might be “ungettable”.
Ronaldo left Manchester United in 2009 for a then world record fee of £80m and has since become the Spanish club’s all-time record goalscorer.
But there have always been suggestions that Ronaldo would one day be open to a return to Manchester to try and add to the three Premier League titles he won under Sir Alex Ferguson
