042 garden is a refreshing center and an entertainment avenue located in Enugu, Enugu State. On 5th April, 2015 been easter sunday, the garden faces fire burn which burns down the whole area to flames though no casualties recorded.
Our reporter investigated the scene and he reported from an eyewitness that a young girl aged 16-18 set up the fire.
The girl was burning refuse beside the 042 Garden and unknown to her that the fire was spreading towards the Garden, and it was reported that wind blew the fire to the bushbar and boom everywhere caught fire. Fireservice was not available at the momement so the workers and people around gathers any water available and try to control the fire from causing more damages to the environment.
