Bursted: Police uncover bomb in Kano food market

The Kano state Police command has uncovered a bomb hidden in a sack at Dawnau, the Kano food market. This development comes barely 24 hours after two female suicide bombers blew themselves up at the Filin Parking in Kantin Kwari Market, killing 6 people.

The state's Police commissioner, Adelenre Shinaba confirmed the incident and said the police has successfully detonated the bomb..............
